Fiona’s journey began over 35 years ago as a Management Trainee at Marks & Spencer. Since then, she has become a highly sought-after trainer, scale-up mentor, and pragmatic coach.
Known for her ability to translate complex leadership challenges into actionable strategies, Fiona combines real-world experience with practical advice and guidance. Her extensive hands-on experience spans various industries, from retail giants to agile startups, resulting in proven success in business growth, team leadership, and organisational transformation.
